특정강력범죄의 처벌에 관한 특례법 제10조(집중심리)

① 법원은 특정강력범죄사건의 심리를 하는 데에 2일 이상이 걸리는 경우에는 가능하면 매일 계속 개정(開廷)하여 집중심리(集中審理)를 하여야 한다.
