친환경농어업 육성 및 유기식품 등의 관리ㆍ지원에 관한 법률 제27조(인증기관 등의 준수사항)

1. 인증과정에서 얻은 정보와 자료를 인증 신청인의 서면동의 없이 공개하거나 제공하지 아니할 것. 다만, 이 법 또는 다른 법률에 따라 공개하거나 제공하는 경우는 제외한다.

2. 인증기관은 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관(제26조제4항에 따라 인증기관 지정 및 갱신 관련 평가업무를 위임받거나 위탁받은 기관 또는 단체를 포함한다)이 요청하는 경우에는 인증기관의 사무소 및 시설에 대한 접근을 허용하거나 필요한 정보 및 자료를 제공할 것

4. 인증기관은 농림축산식품부령 또는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 인증 결과 및 사후관리 결과 등을 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관에게 보고할 것

5. 인증사업자가 인증기준을 준수하도록 관리하기 위하여 농림축산식품부령 또는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 인증사업자에 대하여 불시(不時) 심사를 하고 그 결과를 기록ㆍ관리할 것
