총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제64조의2(도난ㆍ분실시 총포의 보관 등)

① 법 제35조제2항에 따른 총포 도난ㆍ분실자(이하 "총포 도난ㆍ분실자"라 한다)는 같은 조 제3항 또는 제6항에 따라 보관명령을 받은 경우 도난ㆍ분실된 총포 이외에 소지하고 있는 모든 총포를 허가관청이 지정한 일시까지 지정된 곳에 보관해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 총포 도난ㆍ분실자가 총포를 보관한 경우 허가관청은 보관물의 종류, 보관 기간 등을 기재한 행정안전부령으로 정하는 보관증명서를 발급해야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 보관 중인 총포를 반환받으려는 사람은 보관 기간이 경과한 후 제2항에 따라 발급받은 보관증명서를 허가관청에 제출해야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 반환 신청을 받은 허가관청은 총포의 보관 기간이 경과된 것이 확인되면 보관 중인 총포를 즉시 반환해야 한다.

⑤ 제1항에 따라 총포를 보관하는 기간은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다.
