총포ㆍ도검ㆍ화약류 등의 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조(화약류저장소의 종류)

①법 제25조제1항의 규정에 의한 화약류저장소의 종별 구분은 다음과 같이 하되, 제1호ㆍ제2호ㆍ제4호 내지 제8호의 저장소는 시ㆍ도경찰청장의 허가를, 제3호 및 제9호의 저장소는 경찰서장의 허가를 받아 설치한다. <개정 1991.7.30, 1996.6.20, 2020.12.31>

②2급저장소는 일시적인 토목공사를 하거나 그 밖의 일정한 기간의 공사를 하는 사람이 그 공사에 사용하기 위하여 화약류를 저장하고자 하는 때에 한하여 이를 설치할 수 있다.
