Act on Safety of and Support for Advanced Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Biopharmaceuticals, Article 32 (Establishment and Designation of the Advanced Biopharmaceutical Regulatory Science Center)

① 식품의약품안전처장은 제30조에 따른 첨단바이오의약품 장기추적조사와 첨단바이오의약품에 대한 종합적인 정보ㆍ기술의 지원을 위하여 첨단바이오의약품 규제과학센터(이하 "규제과학센터"라 한다)를 설립하거나 관계 전문기관ㆍ단체 또는 법인을 규제과학센터로 지정할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 규제과학센터를 설립하는 경우 규제과학센터는 법인으로 하고, 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
