채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제453조(신고기간 후에 신고한 채권의 조사)

①신고기간 후에 신고한 채권에 관하여는 파산관재인 및 파산채권자의 이의가 있는 때를 제외하고는 채권조사의 일반기일에 그 조사를 할 수 있다.

②파산관재인 또는 파산채권자의 이의가 있는 때에는 법원은 제1항의 규정에 의한 채권조사를 하기 위하여 특별기일을 정하여야 한다. 이 경우 채권조사에 소요되는 비용은 신고기간 후에 신고한 파산채권자의 부담으로 한다.
