Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 296 (Petitions for Bankruptcy by Some Directors)
이사ㆍ무한책임사원 또는 청산인의 전원이 하는 파산신청이 아닌 때에는 파산의 원인인 사실을 소명하여야 한다.
Where a petition for bankruptcy is not filed by all of the directors, members with unlimited liability, or liquidators, the facts constituting the cause for bankruptcy shall be shown prima facie.
