Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 293-4 (Application for Commencement of Simplified Rehabilitation Procedures)

① 소액영업소득자는 법원에 간이회생절차개시의 신청을 할 수 있다. 다만, 개인인 소액영업소득자가 신청일 전 5년 이내에 개인회생절차 또는 파산절차에 의한 면책을 받은 사실이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
