Enforcement Decree of the Local Autonomy Act, Article 114 (Reports on Reconsideration of Local Council Resolutions, Filing of Suits, etc.)

지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 행정안전부장관과 주무부장관에게 즉시 그 내용을 보고해야 한다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수 및 자치구의 구청장은 시ㆍ도지사를 거쳐 행정안전부장관에게 보고해야 한다.

1. 법 제32조제3항, 제120조제1항 또는 제121조제1항에 따라 해당 지방자치단체의 장이 재의를 요구한 경우나 그에 따른 지방의회의 의결이 있는 경우

2. 법 제120조제3항 및 제192조제4항에 따라 지방자치단체의 장이 재의결된 사항에 대하여 대법원에 소를 제기하거나 집행정지결정을 신청한 경우나 그에 따른 대법원의 판결ㆍ결정이 있는 경우

3. 법 제192조제1항 및 제3항에 따라 시ㆍ도지사가 시ㆍ군 및 자치구의 지방의회 의결에 대하여 재의를 요구하게 한 경우나 그에 따른 지방의회의 의결이 있는 경우
