Act on the Management of Institutions Funded or Endowed by Local Governments, Article 28 (Evaluation of Management Performance)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 출자ㆍ출연 기관에 대해서는 매 회계연도 종료 후 6개월 이내에 전년도 경영실적을 평가하고, 그 결과를 행정안전부장관에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
