지방자치단체 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 운영에 관한 법률 제11조(지방자치단체의 장과의 성과계약)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 장(지방자치단체 소속 공무원이 당연직인 경우는 제외한다)과 그 기관의 장의 임기 중 달성하여야 할 경영 목표와 보수 등에 관한 사항이 포함된 성과계약을 체결하고, 매 회계연도 개시 후 1개월 이내에 해당 연도에 달성하여야 할 구체적인 경영 목표에 관하여 성과계약서를 작성하여야 한다.

② 다음 연도 보수를 책정할 때에는 제1항에 따른 성과계약서상 계약 내용의 달성 정도를 반영하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 성과계약과 성과계약서의 작성과 평가 등에 관한 구체적인 사항은 지방자치단체의 조례로 정한다.
