지방세특례제한법 시행령 제29조(산업용 건축물 등의 범위)

1. 「도시가스사업법」 제2조제5호에 따른 가스공급시설용 건축물[「벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법」에 따른 신기술창업집적지역에 설치된 「지방세법 시행령」 제5조제1항제4호의 도관시설(연결시설을 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 경우에는 해당 지역에 가스를 공급하기 위한 도관시설로 한정한다]

5. 「집단에너지사업법」 제2조제6호에 따른 공급시설용 건축물(「벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법」에 따른 신기술창업집적지역에 설치된 「지방세법 시행령」 제5조제1항제4호의 도관시설의 경우에는 해당 지역에 집단에너지를 공급하기 위한 도관시설로 한정한다)
