지방세특례제한법 시행령 제18조의2(민간투자사업 방식으로 설립ㆍ운영되는 면제대상 기숙사의 범위)

1. 법 제42조제1항에 따른 학교등(이하 이 조에서 "학교등"이라 한다)이 사용하는 기숙사를 건설하는 사업시행자(이하 이 조에서 "사업시행자"라 한다)에게 준공 후 학교등과의 협약에서 정하는 기간 동안 해당 시설의 소유권이 인정되며, 그 기간이 만료되면 시설소유권이 학교등에 귀속되는 방식

2. 준공 후 해당 시설의 소유권이 학교등에 귀속되며, 학교등과의 협약에서 정하는 기간 동안 사업시행자에게 시설관리운영권을 인정하는 방식(제3호에 해당하는 경우는 제외한다)

3. 준공 후 해당 시설의 소유권이 학교등에 귀속되며, 학교등과의 협약에서 정하는 기간 동안 사업시행자에게 시설관리운영권을 인정하되, 그 시설을 협약에서 정하는 기간 동안 임차하여 사용ㆍ수익하는 방식
