주택임대차보호법 시행령 제8조(차임 등 증액청구의 기준 등)

① 법 제7조에 따른 차임이나 보증금(이하 "차임등"이라 한다)의 증액청구는 약정한 차임등의 20분의 1의 금액을 초과하지 못한다.
