조세특례제한법 제25조의8(웹툰콘텐츠 제작비용에 대한 세액공제)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 내국인이 2028년 12월 31일까지 「만화진흥에 관한 법률」 제2조제5호의2에 따른 웹툰 등 대통령령으로 정하는 웹툰콘텐츠(이하 이 조에서 "웹툰콘텐츠"라 한다)의 제작을 위하여 국내에서 발생한 비용 중 대통령령으로 정하는 비용(이하 이 조에서 "웹툰콘텐츠 제작비용"이라 한다)이 있는 경우에는 해당 웹툰콘텐츠 제작비용의 100분의 10(중소기업의 경우에는 100분의 15)에 상당하는 금액을 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 해당 웹툰콘텐츠가 처음으로 「정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률」 제2조제1항제1호에 따른 정보통신망에 공개된 과세연도의 소득세(사업소득에 대한 소득세만 해당한다) 또는 법인세에서 공제한다.

② 제1항을 적용받으려는 내국인은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 세액공제신청을 하여야 한다.

③ 제1항을 적용할 때 웹툰콘텐츠의 범위, 웹툰콘텐츠 제작비용의 계산방법, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
