제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제14조(자치경찰장비의 종류 등)

① 법 제96조제1항에 따라 자치경찰공무원이 자치경찰사무를 수행할 때 휴대ㆍ사용할 수 있는 경찰장비(이하 이 조에서 "자치경찰장비"라 한다)의 종류는 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 자치경찰장비의 사용기준, 안전교육 및 안전검사기준 등에 관하여는 「위해성 경찰장비의 사용기준 등에 관한 규정」 제4조, 제5조, 제7조부터 제11조까지, 제12조제1항, 제17조, 제18조 및 제21조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "위해성 경찰장비"는 "자치경찰장비"로, "경찰관"은 "자치경찰공무원"으로 보며, 「위해성 경찰장비의 사용기준 등에 관한 규정」 제5조 후단 중 "소속 국가경찰관서의 장"은 "자치경찰단장"으로 본다.

③ 제1항제2호 또는 제3호의 자치경찰장비를 사용하는 경우 그 현장책임자 또는 사용자는 별지 제1호서식의 사용 보고서를 작성하여 자치경찰단장에게 보고하여야 한다.

(3) When웬 autonomous오타너머스 police펄리스 equipment이큅먼트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) 2 or오 3 is이즈 used,유즈드 the^ð더 person퍼슨 responsible^r리스판서블 at앳 the^ð더 scene신 or오 the^ð더 user유저 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 a어 use유스 report^r리포트 in인 Attached어태치트 Form^f폼 1 and앤드 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 Autonomous오타너머스 Police펄리스 Corps.코

④ 자치경찰단장은 제3항에 따라 보고받은 자치경찰장비의 사용 보고서를 3년간 보관하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð디 Autonomous오타너머스 Police펄리스 Corps코 shall섈 retain^r리테인 the^ð더 use유스 reports^r리포츠 of어^v브 autonomous오타너머스 police펄리스 equipment이큅먼트 reported^r리포티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) for^f포 three^θ쓰^r리 years.이어즈
