제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제13조(「경찰관 직무집행법 시행령」의 준용)

법 제96조에 따른 자치경찰공무원의 자치경찰사무 수행에 관하여는 「경찰관 직무집행법 시행령」 제2조, 제3조, 제5조 및 제7조(제7호는 제외한다)를 준용한다. 이 경우 "경찰관"은 "자치경찰공무원"으로 보고, 「경찰관 직무집행법 시행령」 제2조 중 "소속 경찰서ㆍ지구대ㆍ파출소 또는 출장소(지방해양경찰관서를 포함하며, 이하 "경찰관서"라 한다)의 장"은 "자치경찰단장"으로 보며, 같은 영 제3조 중 "경찰서장 또는 해양경찰서장"은 "자치경찰단장"으로 보고, 같은 영 제7조 각 호 외의 부분 중 "소속 경찰관서의 장"은 "자치경찰단장"으로 본다. <개정 2020.12.31, 2024.9.19>
