정보통신공사업법 제7조(설계 등)

① 발주자는 용역업자에게 공사의 설계를 발주하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 설계도서를 작성한 자는 그 설계도서에 서명 또는 기명날인하여야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 설계 대상인 공사의 범위, 설계도서의 보관, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
