전통시장 및 상점가 육성을 위한 특별법 제60조(분쟁의 조정)

① 시장정비사업, 시장과 상점가의 활성화 사업과 관련된 분쟁의 조정을 원하는 자는 분쟁당사자를 상대방으로 하여 서면으로 관할 시ㆍ도의 조정위원회에 분쟁의 조정을 신청할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 조정신청을 받은 조정위원회는 신청받은 날부터 45일 이내에 심사를 하여 조정안을 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 정당한 사유가 있으면 조정위원회의 의결로 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2018.3.20>
