① 조정위원회는 분쟁조정을 위하여 분쟁당사자나 참고인에게 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 분쟁당사자나 참고인은 정당한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.

② 조정위원회는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 분쟁당사자나 참고인을 조정위원회에 출석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.
