전통시장 및 상점가 육성을 위한 특별법 제36조(시장정비사업 심의위원회)

① 시장정비사업에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 시ㆍ도에 시장정비사업 심의위원회(이하 "심의위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

② 심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성하고, 위원 중 9명은 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제113조제1항에 따른 시ㆍ도도시계획위원회의 위원 중에서 시ㆍ도지사가 지명하는 사람으로 하고, 그 밖의 위원은 대통령령으로 정하는 사람 중 시ㆍ도지사가 위촉하는 사람으로 한다.

③ 심의위원회의 구성 및 운영, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
