Enforcement Decree of the Electronic Government Act, Article 82 (Projects Subject to Prior Consultation)

법 제67조제3항에 따른 사전협의 대상사업은 중앙행정기관등의 장이 다른 중앙행정기관등과 상호연계하거나 공동이용과 관련하여 추진하는 사업으로 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사업은 제외한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.7.28, 2014.11.19, 2017.3.29, 2017.7.26>
