전자정부법 시행령 제71조(정보시스템 감리의 대상)

1. 정보시스템의 특성이 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우. 다만, 사업비(총사업비 중에서 하드웨어ㆍ소프트웨어의 단순한 구입비용을 제외한 금액을 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 1억원 미만의 소규모 사업으로서 정보시스템 감리의 비용 대비 효과가 낮다고 중앙행정기관등의 장이 인정하는 경우는 제외한다.
