장애인복지법 시행규칙 제32조(자금대여 관리카드)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 영 제25조제2항에 따라 자금대여 대상자를 결정하면 자금대여 결정통지서(전자문서를 포함한다)로 통지하고 자금대여 내용을 자금대여 관리카드에 기록ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2009.12.31, 2012.4.10>

② 영 제25조제2항에 따른 금융기관 또는 체신관서는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 자금대여 결정통지를 받으면 자금을 대여하고 그 대여내용 및 상환방법 등을 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2012.4.10>
