장애인ㆍ노인 등을 위한 보조기기 지원 및 활용촉진에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(보조공학사의 자격요건)

1. 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관에서 별표 1에 따른 보조공학사 관련 과목을 총 10개 이상 이수했을 것. 이 경우 이수한 과목에는 기초 분야의 과목과 응용ㆍ실기 분야의 과목이 각각 3개 이상 포함되어야 한다.

2. 「장애인복지법」 제32조에 따라 등록한 장애인으로서 보건복지부장관이 인정하는 교육기관ㆍ단체에서 별표 1에 따른 보조공학사 관련 과목을 총 10개 이상 이수했을 것. 이 경우 이수한 과목에는 기초 분야의 과목과 응용ㆍ실기 분야의 과목이 각각 3개 이상 포함되어야 한다.
