Act on the Promotion of Bicycle Use, Article 14-3 (Preparation and Publication of Bicycle-Related Statistics)

① 행정안전부장관은 자전거 이용 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 통계(이하 "자전거 관련 통계"라 한다)를 주기적으로 작성ㆍ공표하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21, 2017.7.26>

② 행정안전부장관은 자전거 관련 통계를 작성하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 지방자치단체의 장, 도로관리청 등 관계 기관의 장에게 필요한 자료나 정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>
