자율방범대 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제4조(신고)

① 제3조에 따라 자율방범대를 조직하려는 사람은 명칭, 활동구역, 대표자 및 구성원의 성명 등 필요한 사항을 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할 경찰서장에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 자율방범대는 신고사항에 변경이 있거나 해산하는 때에는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 필요한 사항을 관할 경찰서장에게 신고하여야 한다.
