자유무역협정 체결에 따른 농어업인 등의 지원에 관한 특별법 제20조(농업인등 지원센터ㆍ어업인등 지원센터)

① 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관은 협정의 이행이 농산물 또는 수산물의 수입량과 가격에 미치는 영향 등을 조사ㆍ분석하고 협정과 관련된 상담ㆍ안내 등 농어업인등에 대한 지원 업무를 효율적으로 수행하도록 하기 위하여 농업인등 지원위원회 또는 어업인등 지원위원회의 심의를 거쳐 농어업등에 관련된 연구기관 또는 단체를 자유무역협정 이행에 따른 농업인등 지원센터 또는 어업인등 지원센터(이하 "지원센터"라 한다)로 지정하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 농림축산식품부장관 또는 해양수산부장관은 지원센터의 운영에 소요되는 경비를 충당하기 위하여 예산의 범위에서 지원센터에 출연금 또는 보조금을 교부할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 지원센터의 지정ㆍ운영 및 감독 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
