Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources, Article 11 (Designation of Products and Packaging Materials Subject to Separate Discharge Marking)

① 영 제16조제2호에 따라 분리배출 표시 대상 제품ㆍ포장재의 지정을 받으려는 자는 별지 제7호서식의 분리배출 표시 대상 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 서류를 첨부하여 공단에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2009.12.31>

③ 공단은 제2항에 따른 분리배출표시 대상의 지정을 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 지정을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2009.12.31>
