자연재해대책법 시행령 제60조(지역자율방재단의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제66조에 따른 지역자율방재단은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 단위로 구성ㆍ운영한다. 다만, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 지역자율방재단의 효율적 운영을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동 단위로도 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 지역 안에서 자연재해 예방에 관심이 많으며 조직 구성 및 운영능력이 있다고 인정되는 단체로 하여금 지역자율방재단의 구성 및 운영을 선도하게 할 수 있다.

③ 지역자율방재단의 단장(이하 "지역자율방재단장"이라 한다)은 재난 분야에 대한 학식과 경험이 있는 사람 중에서 단원이 호선(互選)하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 임명한다.

④ 이 영에서 규정한 사항 외에 지역자율방재단의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 조례로 정한다.
