Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act, Article 117-9 (Special Rules on Investment Advertisements)

① 온라인소액투자중개업자 또는 온라인소액증권발행인은 온라인소액투자중개업자가 개설한 인터넷 홈페이지 이외의 수단을 통해서 투자광고를 하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 온라인소액투자중개업자 또는 온라인소액증권발행인은 다른 매체를 이용하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2017.10.31>
