은행법 제3조(적용 법규)

① 대한민국에 있는 모든 은행은 이 법, 「한국은행법」, 「금융위원회의 설치 등에 관한 법률」, 「금융회사의 지배구조에 관한 법률」 및 이에 따른 규정 및 명령에 따라 운영되어야 한다. <개정 2015.7.31>

② 이 법과 「한국은행법」은 「상법」이나 그 밖의 법령에 우선하여 적용한다.
