유전자원의 접근ㆍ이용 및 이익 공유에 관한 법률 제16조(절차 준수의 조사 등)

① 국가점검기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해외 유전자원등을 국내에서 이용하는 자가 제14조제1항에 따른 절차를 준수하였는지를 조사할 수 있다.

② 국가점검기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 조사 결과 필요한 경우에는 해외 유전자원등을 국내에서 이용하는 자에 대하여 제14조제1항에 따른 절차를 준수할 것을 권고할 수 있다.

③ 해외 유전자원등을 국내에서 이용하는 자는 제1항에 따른 조사에 협조하여야 한다.
