유류오염손해배상 보장법 제28조(분담금의 납부)

① 제26조제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 분담유량을 보고하여야 할 유류수령인 또는 유류수령인의 사업 활동을 지배하는 자는 국제기금협약 제12조 및 제13조에 따라 국제기금협약 제10조에 따른 분담금(이하 "분담금"이라 한다)을 국제기금에 내야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 분담금을 내야 하는 자(이하 "납부의무자"라 한다)가 분담금을 체납한 경우에는 해당 분담금과 국제기금의 총회에서 정하는 이자율에 의한 이자를 함께 내야 한다.
