유류오염손해배상 보장법 제24조(국제기금에 대한 청구소송의 관할)

① 국제기금협약 제4조제1항에 따른 보상을 청구하기 위한 국제기금에 대한 소송의 관할에 관하여는 제17조를 준용한다.

② 제1항에 따른 관할에도 불구하고 국제기금에 대한 보상청구 소송은 같은 유조선 선박소유자에 대한 손해배상청구 소송 또는 보험자등에 대한 손해배상청구 소송이 제1심 법원에 계속 중이거나 책임제한사건이 계속 중인 경우에는 그 법원의 관할에 전속한다.
