원전비리 방지를 위한 원자력발전사업자등의 관리ㆍ감독에 관한 법률 제15조(임직원의 취업제한)

① 제14조제1항에 따른 재산등록 의무자는 퇴직일부터 3년간 퇴직 전 소속하였던 부서 또는 기관의 업무와 밀접한 관련이 있는 기관에 취업할 수 없다.

② 제1항에 따른 취업제한과 관련하여 이 법에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 「공직자윤리법」을 따른다.
