외국인투자 촉진법 제29조(도입자본재등의 검토ㆍ확인)

① 외국투자가 또는 외국인투자기업은 이 법에 따라 도입되는 조세감면 대상 자본재 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 자본재 또는 제2조제1항제4호다목 및 마목에 해당하는 외국인투자를 하기 위하여 도입하는 자본재가 아닌 물품(이하 이 조에서 "자본재등"이라 한다)을 도입하는 경우에는 주무부장관의 검토ㆍ확인을 받을 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.4>
