옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제7조(허가 및 신고의 절차)

① 법 제3조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따라 광고물 또는 게시시설(이하 "광고물등"이라 한다)의 표시 허가를 받으려는 자는 별지 제1호서식의 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류ㆍ도서 등을 첨부하여 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수 또는 자치구의 구청장(이하 "시장등"이라 한다)에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도ㆍ시ㆍ군 또는 구(자치구를 말한다. 이하 같다)의 조례(이하 "시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례"라 한다)로 정하는 광고물등의 경우에는 해당 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 제1호에 따른 원색사진 및 제2호에 따른 서류ㆍ도서의 일부를 제출하지 않을 수 있다. <개정 2016.7.6, 2021.5.4>

② 법 제3조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따라 광고물등의 표시 신고를 하려는 자는 별지 제1호서식의 신고서에 제1항제3호부터 제5호까지의 서류를 첨부하여 시장등에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2021.5.4>

③ 시장등은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 허가를 하거나 신고를 수리하였으면 별지 제2호서식의 허가증 또는 신고증명서를 신청인에게 발급하여야 한다. 다만, 현수막ㆍ벽보ㆍ전단에 대해서는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정하는 조치로 신고증명서 발급을 갈음할 수 있다.

④ 같은 허가 대상이거나 같은 신고 대상인 광고물과 그 게시시설에 대하여 함께 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 허가를 신청하거나 신고를 하는 경우 그 광고물에 대한 허가 또는 신고 수리는 게시시설에 대한 허가 또는 신고 수리를 포함하는 것으로 본다.
