옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조(주민협의회의 운영)

① 제26조에 따라 자율관리협정을 체결하는 자는 법 제4조의2제3항에 따라 협정 체결자들 간의 자율적 기구로서 주민협의회를 구성ㆍ운영하여야 한다.

② 주민협의회는 자율관리협정 체결자 과반수의 동의를 받아 그 대표자 및 위원을 선임하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 residents'^r레지던츠 council카운슬 shall섈 select설렉트 its잇츠 representative^r레프^r러젠터티^v브 and앤드 members멤버즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 parties파티즈 to투 the^ð더 self-management셀^f프-매너지먼트 agreement.어그^r리먼트

③ 주민협의회의 업무는 다음 각 호와 같다.

④ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 주민협의회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정한다.
