옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 제11조(옥외광고사업의 등록)

① 옥외광고사업을 하려는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 기술능력과 시설 등을 갖추고 제12조에 따른 교육을 받은 후에 시장등에게 등록하여야 한다. 다만, 등록사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 교육을 받지 아니할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.6>

⑦ 시장등은 아름다운 경관과 미풍양속을 보존하고 공중에 대한 위해를 방지하며 건강하고 쾌적한 생활환경을 조성하기 위하여 필요하면 옥외광고사업자로 하여금 그 영업에 관한 서류 제출 또는 필요한 보고를 하게 하거나, 소속 직원으로 하여금 영업장소에 출입하여 장부, 서류, 시설 등을 검사하거나 관계자에게 필요한 질문을 하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 출입ㆍ검사하는 직원은 신분을 표시하는 증명서를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다. <개정 2016.1.6>
