예금자보호법 제34조(지급의 결정)

① 공사는 제1종 보험사고의 경우에는 제33조에 따른 통지를 받은 날부터 2개월 이내에 위원회의 의결에 따라 보험금의 지급 여부를 결정하여야 한다.
