영유아보육법 제9조의2(보호자 교육)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 영유아의 보호자에게 영유아의 성장ㆍ양육방법, 보호자의 역할, 영유아의 인권 및 아동학대 예방 등에 대한 교육을 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2021.8.17>

② 교육부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 예산의 범위에서 제1항에 따른 교육에 필요한 비용을 보조할 수 있다. <개정 2023.12.26>
