여객자동차 운수사업법 제49조의4(플랫폼운송사업심의위원회)

① 플랫폼운송사업 허가에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 국토교통부장관 소속으로 플랫폼운송사업심의위원회(이하 이 조에서 "위원회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) A어 Platform플랫^f폼 Transport트^r랜스포트 Business비즈니스 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "Committee"커미티 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 under언더 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 to투 deliberate딜리버^r럿 on안 matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 permission퍼미션 for^f포 platform플랫^f폼 transport트^r랜스포트 businesses.비즈너시즈

② 위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 10명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 10 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 one원 chairperson.체어퍼슨

③ 위원회의 위원장은 국토교통부장관이 되고, 위원은 여객자동차운송플랫폼사업에 관하여 학식과 경험이 풍부한 자 등을 국토교통부장관이 임명 또는 위촉한다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport,트^r랜스포트 and앤드 the^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 with위^ð드 extensive익스텐시^v브 knowledge날러지 and앤드 experience익스피^r리언스 in인 the^ð더 passenger패선저 transport트^r랜스포트 platform플랫^f폼 business,비즈니스 etc.엣세터^r러

④ 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 연임할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 and앤드 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 reappointed.^r리어포인티드

⑤ 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
