양식산업발전법 제73조(서류 송달의 공시)

① 행정관청은 명령ㆍ처분 등의 대상자의 주소나 거소가 분명하지 아니하는 등의 사유로 이 법 또는 이 법에 따른 명령ㆍ처분 등을 통지하는 데에 필요한 서류를 송달할 수 없는 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이를 공고하여야 한다.

② 행정관청이 제1항에 따라 공고한 경우에는 공고일의 다음 날부터 30일이 지난 날에 그 서류가 도달한 것으로 본다.
