Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 17 (Revocation of Export and Import Permission for Internationally Endangered Species, etc.)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 제16조제1항 본문에 따라 국제적 멸종위기종 및 그 가공품의 수출ㆍ수입ㆍ반출 또는 반입 허가를 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 허가를 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 허가를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 기후에너지환경부장관이나 관계 행정기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 국제적 멸종위기종 중 살아 있는 생물의 생존을 위하여 긴급한 경우에는 즉시 필요한 보호조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2013.7.16, 2025.10.1>
