신용협동조합법 제41조(자금의 차입)

① 조합은 제39조에 따른 사업을 수행하기 위하여 자금을 차입하는 경우에는 조합 자산총액의 100분의 5 또는 자기자본 중 큰 금액의 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 자금을 차입할 수 있다.

② 제1항에도 불구하고 금융위원회가 정하는 기준에 따라 중앙회장의 승인을 받은 경우에는 자산총액의 100분의 5 또는 자기자본 중 큰 금액의 범위를 초과하여 자금을 차입할 수 있다.
