신용협동조합법 제40조(비조합원의 사업 이용)

① 조합은 조합원의 이용에 지장이 없는 범위에서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합원이 아닌 자에게 제39조제1항에 따른 조합의 사업을 이용하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 "조합원"은 "비조합원"으로 본다.

② 조합원과 동일한 세대(世帶)에 속하는 사람과 다른 조합 및 다른 조합의 조합원이 제1항에 따른 사업을 이용하는 경우에는 조합원이 이용한 것으로 본다.
