Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers, etc., Article 31 (Operation of the Press Promotion Fund Management Committee|11)

① 위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다.

③ 위원장을 포함한 위원은 본인 또는 직계존비속과 직접 이해관계가 있는 안건에 관하여는 그 심의에 참여할 수 없다.
