Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Promotion of Newspapers, etc., Article 2 (Internet Newspapers|7)

① 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제2호에서 "독자적 기사 생산과 지속적인 발행 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준"이란 다음 각 호의 기준을 말한다. <개정 2015.11.11, 2017.3.15>

1. 독자적인 기사 생산을 위한 요건으로서 주간 게재 기사 건수의 100분의 30 이상을 자체적으로 생산한 기사로 게재할 것

1. As애즈 a어 requirement^r리콰이어먼트 for^f포 original어^r리저늘 article아터클 production,프^r러덕션 at앳 least리스트 30/100 of어^v브 the^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 articles아터클즈 posted포우스티드 weekly위클리 shall섈 be비 articles아터클즈 produced프^r러두스트 in-house;인-하우스

2. 지속적인 발행요건으로서 주간 단위로 새로운 기사를 게재할 것

② 제1항제1호에도 불구하고 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자의 계열회사(「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제2조제12호에 따른 계열회사를 말한다)가 다음 각 호의 자가 생산하는 기사를 인터넷을 통하여 일반에 제공하는 경우에는 자체적으로 생산한 기사가 100분의 30 미만인 경우에도 제1항제1호의 기준을 충족한 것으로 본다. <개정 2017.12.19, 2021.12.28>
