Act on Dissection and Preservation of Corpses, Article 9-3 (Consent of Bereaved Family to Research Using Corpses)

① 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 이용하여 연구하려는 자 또는 제9조의4제1항에 따른 허가를 받아 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 수집ㆍ보존하여 연구 목적으로 제공하려는 기관은 그 유족의 동의를 받아야 한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당할 때에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2025.11.11>

1. 본인의 시체의 전부 또는 일부를 이용한 연구에 동의한다는 「민법」 제1060조에 따른 유언이 있을 때
